BIOGRAPHY
She completed his undergraduate education at Hacettepe University Department of Biology between 1988 and 1992 and started his academic life as a “Research Assistant” at Akdeniz University in 1992. He completed his master’s degree in 1995 and his doctorate in 2003. Between 1995 and 1998, he worked as a “guest researcher” at the Bienenkunde Institute in Australia. During this period, he started his PhD studies at the University of Vienna. He received the title of “Assistant Professor” in 2004, “Associate Professor” in 2007 and “Professor” in 2013. In 2005, she received the “Young Woman of Science” award and scholarship from the Turkish Academy of Sciences (TUBA). She received the “Scientific Encouragement” and “Academic Honor” awards given by Tubitak and Erciyes University. While receiving the “Order of Science” from Saudi Arabia in 2012, he worked as a “Guest Researcher” at Arizona State University, Department of Life Sciences in the same year. He has served as a consultant for private and public institutions and as a commission member for the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the Ministry of Health. Within the scope of the project, she has completed a total of 120 projects, 21 of which are from TUBITAK, DPT, TUBA, TAGEM, KOSGEB and ERÜBAP. He has more than 400 scientific publications, 93 of which are SCI indexed. He is the author of a textbook, the book “Apitherapy with Scientific Facts” and 3 book chapters, one of which is international. It organized 1 International Congress and 1 Workshop hosted by Erciyes University. WOS H index is 33, G Scholar H index is 45 and it has 7527 citations. In 2016, within the framework of University-Industry Cooperation, Erciyes University has been carrying out University-Technopark collaborative projects with the “Nutral Therapy” company, which mainly includes bee products, at Teknopark. He currently works as a Professor at Erciyes University, Department of Biotechnology. She speaks English and German.
